HOW TO ORDER

Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a rendering showing what your picture will look like on a plaque you selected. Once you approve a rendering, we will manufacture and ship your order within 10 business days.

Note: The colors of the final product may be different due to process of firing in a kiln.

Step 1: Review website for available plaque options. Decide on a shape (Oval, Round, Rectangular and Heart Shape). Decide on a plaque size.  

Step 2: Print the order form below and fill out your contact and the following information:

• Circle the shape;
• Indicate the size for your porcelain plaque(s);
• Indicate choice of color: the original image, or convert it to black and white or sepia color photo memorial;
• Include any comments or special instructions for your order.

 Step 3: Include a check payable to ‘StoneAge Murals’. Your total should include a price for each plaque. 

Step 4: Send order form, check and the picture with your order. Make your check payable to: StoneAge Murals. Your picture will be returned when your order is shipped. The order should be sent to the following address:
