If your plaque doesn't look like the proof that you received and approved, you can request to make another one with the same or different picture free of charge. We will replace any plaque due to manufacturer defect or accidental breakage during shipment. Since all the plaques are custom made, there is no need to return any of them. We will work with you if you are not fully satisfied to find a solution or issue a full refund.
Shipping
We offer free shipping anywhere in the USA. It usually takes up to 14 business days for your order to arrive after you have approved renderings.
There will be an additional surcharge of $25.00 for any items shipped to Canada.
